Our Return Policy
With a receipt: any returned items accompanied by a receipt dated within 30 days of purchase will be refunded at the following choices you prefer:

Send replacement if within warranty

Give me a credit for future purchase either by a gift certificate, coupon code or rewards points.

Process credit in the original payment method
No refund will be issued after 30 days.
Without a receipt: refunds and exchanges made without a receipt and purchased within 30 days will reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax. A refund will be issued only in the form of Merchandise Return Voucher or credit on your Game Day Iowa account.
Game Day Iowa will pay the freight on defective items. The purchaser will pay freight on items returned to exchange or to get a different size. All items returned must be in original purchased condition.
Easy Ways to Return Your Order
To our store: Bring your order to our store located in Coralville, Iowa. This is the quickest and easiest way to return merchandise and receive an immediate refund or credit.
Using our online return process: Log into our online store and process a item return via our automated "Returns Material Authorization' process. Customers are responsible for the return postage.

After you login, select your "Orders History" and complete a search query for your order.

Then select the order of the item you want to return.

Select the item and the reason for the return and how you want us to process the return.

Enter any comments that you want us to know about the item.

Then select the "create" button. You will receive an e-mail verifying that a return request was created along with a return material authorization (RMA) number for reference.
When we process the return you will be notified of the status and what Game Day Iowa has done finalize the return.
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. A credit shall be issued immediately to your credit card account for the amount charged in the incorrectly priced order.

This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to items herein being purchased is retained by the seller until the purchaser pays for the goods and only at that time does the title pass to the purchaser. If items herein are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
